Nowadays, there are only four columns of the ancient temple. Specifically those in the upper right corner. It also preserves part of the architrave, but later integrated into other construction. It was a temple of 35 m. long by 17.5 m. wide. Stood on a podium columns that surrounded the whole perimeter. Its portico "in antis" has six columns in front. It was part of all temples of the forum of the Roman city of Barcino, was dedicated to Emperor Augustus, whose statue presided over the cella. This was a pagan temple.

The remains of a Roman temple - the columns - you can go inside the building in the center of Catalonia hiker in paradís street No 10, in the original situation in which the temple stood.
